We've spoken to some of our Senior Civil Servants who work across the Ministry of Justice and asked them about their experience in the Civil Service, what has kept them engaged in their career, and why others should consider joining at a senior level.

James McEwen - James is Chief Operating Officer for the Ministry of Justice, providing leadership across the department's professional functions as well as oversight of a number of the department's Executive Agencies and Arm's Length Bodies.

Gemma Hewison - Gemma is Director of Civil Tribunals and Administration of Justice Directorate; leading the Ministry of Justice's work around civil law and justice, fees, tribunals, coroners and death management, and irregular migration.
