I joined the IMA in April 2024 and was delighted by the warm welcome and slick induction. My positive impression began at the interview stage and has continued throughout my time at the IMA. What really drew my eye to the role was the chance to make a positive difference and work on engaging and challenging tasks. My day to day is varied, collaborative and stimulating.
