Janice, Casework Team Leader
I have worked within CICA for just over three years, in a number of roles.
I joined the organisation as a Decision Maker, which involved assessing claims for compensation. I’ve since have gained experience and confidence working in different teams within Operations. I have really enjoyed previous decision-making roles, supported by great teams and team leaders.
More recently in my career journey at CICA, I have become a Casework Team Leader.
My background in decision making has been pivotal in assisting me in this role, as I have gained the skills to confidently provide advice to colleagues on decision-making processes and procedures. I have also learned some new skills, including supporting new and existing staff in their roles, and managing team workloads.
Since joining CICA, there have been many opportunities to progress in my existing role, learn new skills, or move into a completely different role. The support I’ve had in all of my roles has been second to none, and I would recommend CICA as a great place to work.
