About the role

It is an exciting time to join our newly formed and growing team, supporting HMCTS’ ambitious change agenda, to deliver a justice system for the future. As a People Change Support Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering organisation design, development and people change across the organisation. Acting as a trusted partner, you will work alongside senior leaders in HMCTS, HR and programme teams, to ensure that change is well designed and successfully implemented and sustainable.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (1 position).  Please note, if applying on promotion and appointed to the Fixed term Contract role, you will be placed on temporary promotion and be expected to return to substantive role at the conclusion of the secondment.
