Role Purpose |

|
This role will report to the Recruitment Manager, as well as having line management responsibility for colleagues at EO and AO grades.
You will work closely with the recruitment manager, and senior level hiring managers to plan, develop and implement recruitment plans and deliver the full end-to-end recruitment campaign lifecycle to ensure high calibre appointable candidates for deployment within the business. You will be proactive in promoting an efficient and consistent recruitment service to the business and have the scope and autonomy to bring your own ideas contributing to continuous improvement and innovation in talent acquisition strategy. |

Creates and maintains both formal and informal networks with key decision makers within HMCTS and across government. Able to initiate, contribute to and manage effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Policy, Communications and National Resourcing Teams within MOJ and across government Contracted out services, such as SSCL Hiring Managers and Resource Leads across responsible area including HRBP’s Customer and suppliers’ representatives - collaborating with organisations to improve attraction/visibility of roles, such as DWP, universities to attract summer interns, collaborating with external social media to promote recruitment campaigns. Working across HQ and Regional teams to provide effective resourcing and recruitment services |
