Job Purpose |
This is a temporary post for the period of 4 months to cover a long-term absence with the potential of extending to 6 months. The successful candidate will support the Member Standards & Conduct Manager with the implementation of a new Continuous Professional Development Programme. (CPD)
The Project will launch a Pilot programme assessing the CPD model before rolling out to the wider membership.
The structure of the project is to support the delivery of training of CPD focussed on allegations, critical analysis and decision writing.
The aim of the training is to deliver a 1-day training model that will be delivered in the format of modules over either a 3- or 5-week period. The successful candidate will fully support the delivery of this day and lead on the creating of training material working with facilitators to gather training material critical to the delivery of the programme.
The Project is supported by the Training Co-ordinator and Director of Special Projects, and the successful candidate will work with the Member Standards Manager, to support the facilitators in the creating and producing of training materials along with the co-ordination of the training sessions.

Scope & Responsibilities |
Duties and Responsibilities: To be part of the team that will develop a new Member Standards Model that will deliver Continuous Professional Development to the membership. This role will enable you to develop your organisational skills and showcase your data recording and record keeping. Working closely with members with ample opportunity to enhance your people skills. Assist with the development of the CPD Model working with members and facilitators to create a programme that can be tested and analysed, assessing learning and standards. Chase and monitor outstanding responses timely keeping Line Manager informed of outstanding responses. Contribute to the production of communications, learning and guidance packages relating to the programme. Support Member Standards & Conduct Manager with meetings and scheduling.

Main Duties |
Monitor, acknowledge and respond to emails in relation to the programme. Providing timely responses and accurately logged.
Liaise with relevant hubs and own team to obtain data when required
Analyse feedback and learning from attendees of training to form future sessions.
Collaborate and work with team members and attend relevant meetings such as team meetings and ad hoc meetings as required.
Responsible for supporting Line Manager and contributing to the delivery of the new Continuous Professional Development Project supporting daily running of the Project with a robust administration to deliver this. Contribute to the Delivery of this work
