About the role

The Property Directorate is responsible for ensuring our estate supports operational delivery efficiently and sustainably. This role sits within the Facilities Management (FM) and Priority Projects Team, which works across the Directorate and considers options to renew, procure and enhance FM & Security Service contracts which enable the physical Court estate (circa 330 buildings) to function.

Working pattern

Due to the nature of the role, the minimum working hours is 29.6 hours in 4 days a week.

Travel requirements

There will be a requirement to travel occasionally to any HMCTS site in line with business needs.
