How to Apply

Candidates must submit a CV and Personal Statement. Your Personal Statement (no more than 750 words) should outline your experience and skills, giving clear examples of work undertaken. It should address the following 4 criteria listed below taken from the Person Specification, using a separate paragraph for each:

  1. Previous experience working in a Private Office environment or as a Senior Executive Assistant to C-Suite or as a Chief of Staff.

  2. Experience of working in a digital/tech organisation.

  3. Effective decision-making skills: You have proven experience that you can easily make informed decisions, considering various factors and potential impacts in a complex and technical environment.

  4. Personal Resilience: Manage pressure, maintain focus, and stay composed during challenging situations.

A diverse panel will review your application against the criteria stated above.

Should we receive a high volume of applications, a pre-sift based on "Experience of working in a digital/tech organisation" and “previous experience working in a Private Office environment or as a Senior Executive Assistant to C-Suite or as a Chief of Staff" will be conducted before the panel sift.

Failure to provide both documents will result in a rejection of your application.
