We’re recruiting for an Associate Digital Standards Manager here at Justice Digital, to be part of our warm and collaborative Digital Standards team.
We’re looking for talented and tenacious people to join our Digital Standards team, to take the lead in creating world-class services in the justice system. We use cutting-edge agile software development approaches to make rapid but meaningful improvements to public services that live up to the unique challenges of MOJ's responsibility to society.
The Associate Digital Standards Manager supports the Digital Standard Manager in maintaining and improving the company's digital standards. The role helps ensure all digital projects, platforms and content follow agreed guidelines and best practices by reviewing work, updating documentation and working with cross-functional teams to keep standards clear, consistent and up to date.

Support the Digital Standards Manager in maintaining and developing digital standards, ensuring they remain clear, consistent and aligned with organisational and industry best practice.
Assist with reviewing digital products, platforms and content to ensure they comply with agreed standards, policies and governance processes.
Coordinate meetings and workshops related to digital standards, including preparing agendas, capturing actions and supporting follow up activities.
Manage queries related to digital standards by providing guidance or signposting teams to the appropriate documentation and resources.
Support the organisation and maintenance of digital standards materials, reports and supporting documentation.
Help maintain and update digital standards documentation, guidance and internal resources to ensure they are accurate and accessible to teams across the organisation.

Essential:
Strong working knowledge of spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel.
Ability to explain complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to organise and coordinate submissions, documentation and meeting outputs effectively.
Experience using data or evidence to support recommendations or improve processes.
Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and priorities.
Willingness to be assessed against the requirements for BPSS clearance.
