This is an exciting opportunity to join Corporate Services in a senior capacity to support the work of the Head of Corporate Services, supporting strategic and operational delivery across the region. The role has been created to strengthen leadership capacity and ensure continuity, resilience, and progress on key priorities. Working closely with the Head of Corporate Services, you will lead the operational implementation of strategic plans, enabling the Head to focus on long-term improvements and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities include driving improvement in recruitment outcomes, overseeing vetting and workforce data. Support in developing and maintaining the regional People Plan. You will play a pivotal role in improving recruitment outcomes, workforce stability, and inclusive practices, working in partnership with internal and external partners.
This role offers a unique development opportunity for aspirational leaders. You’ll be expected to uphold high professional standards, drive data-informed decision-making, and ensure services remain high-quality, diverse, and responsive to operational needs.
