HR Data Insight Manager
Role Title
Support management of the Insight Data Team and the Insight products that they deliver. This includes managing resources to deliver monthly MI products, and developing bespoke Insight products in response to specific Insight Data queries
Managing the HR Data Sources in partnership with MoJ Analytical Services Division to ensure HR data is cleansed and available to HR in a timely manner. This includes developing the monthly HR dashboard which is presented to HMCTS SMT monthly
Understanding the requirements of customers across HMCTS to drive changes and improvements to people utilisation/experience and the implications of this within the context of the wider business and the translation of these into insight requirements
Identifying the correct qualitative and quantitative data and information sources that will underpin the required insights and ensuring these are utilised fully
Analysing and evaluating data and information and interpreting the results to arrive at accurate and innovative insights that drive change and improvements to people and organisational performance
Delivering these insights to the relevant customers and projects; ensuring that these are delivered in an effective and easy to understand and compelling manner that adds value to the wider business, with the ability to back them up with robust data/information analysis
Managing the relationship with the customers to ensure their questions have been answered, that trust is built and that they understand the value of insights, not just data
Working as part of matrix project teams alongside Organisational Design colleagues to improve our organisation design, capability and people proposition through insight and data.
Experience and strong understanding of using IT systems for managing information (for example, Microsoft 365, Power BI).
Prove experience of working with data sets at volume and subsequent analysis and validation of data sets.
Awareness and current knowledge of data governance and assurance best practice.
Strong organisational skills with a good eye for detail; including the ability to multi-task, set priorities and work to tight deadlines at pace.
Good stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders to improve processes and/or services.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Demonstrate a flexible approach to supporting the wider team in reflection of the high-profile and fast paced nature of the team.

This role involves supporting line management of four Data and Insight Analysts. The role is not accountable for budget or financial responsibilities.
