Salary: London: £73,115 - £85,913; National: £68,967 - £78,842, which may include an allowance up to £12,798

The Role

We’re recruiting for a Head of Digital Talent Acquisition & Engagement here at Justice Digital, to be part of our warm and collaborative Strategy & Operations team.


This role aligns against Service Owner from the Government Digital and Data Framework


As the head of a pivotal function, you will oversee the end-to-end service line, from talent acquisition to strategic workforce planning and successful onboarding of new joiners. You will play a strategic role, ensuring the service line is seamlessly integrated, efficient, and continuously improved to meet evolving business needs.

You will operate at scale and provide the connection between multidisciplinary business areas and stakeholders. You will be responsible for the successful operation of your service, ensuring that it is in line with Justice Digital’s mission and contributes to the overall goals of the Ministry of Justice. Your work will directly communicate and liaise with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and with external partners.

Successful candidates who meet the required standard will then be invited to a 1-hour panel interview held via video conference.
