This role sits within our warm and collaborative team in the Data Directorate, Service Transformation Group.
The Service Transformation Group brings together, for the first time, our digital, data, AI, security, project delivery and transformation teams alongside our three fantastic agencies: the Legal Aid Agency (LAA), the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) and the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA).

The Data Directorate sources, fixes and links data from across the justice system to develop products, tools and insights for leaders, policy makers, and front-line staff. We deliver the right high-quality data at the right time to the right people to improve decision making.
Provide diary and inbox support to 2 Deputy Directors across Data, covering Prisons, Probation & EM.
Strategic planning of diaries, using effective judgement to independently review, summarise and prioritise tasks, developing a high-level understanding of efficient and appropriate use of time.
Day-to-day management of the diary - Ensuring efficient scheduling, alignment with priorities and being able to swiftly adapt to potential last-minute changes.
Inbox management: providing inbox support. Prioritising and highlighting key email for the Deputy Directors’ attention. Providing a daily briefing of urgent and non-urgent actions from the inbox each day.
Prepare and lead on daily/weekly diary packs, developing a high-level understanding of key business priorities to ensure principals are fully equipped for meetings. :
Manage incoming invitations and support planning and logistics for visits, including preparation of materials and follow-up actions.
Assist with the planning of visits/events across the UK MoJ offices.
Build and maintain strong relationships across the Department, including senior leadership, to enable early issue identification and effective collaboration.
Communicating effectively with senior stakeholders on behalf of the Deputy Directors, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge of the business area.
Liaise closely with senior internal and external stakeholders.
