Teach a trade. Build a future

Our prison industries help prisoners learn new skills in our workshops that increase their chances of finding a job upon their release.

From running our large-scale manufacturing of textiles, engineering and woodwork through to print production or working with fresh produce or livestock, they supervise prisoners doing work while helping them complete accredited qualifications.

Who are we looking for?

People with some supervisory experience and who are excellent motivators. Some of our roles also require industry-specific qualifications.
