What do we do?
We carry out sentences given by the courts, in custody and the community, and rehabilitate people in our care through education and employment. In our frontline roles, you’ll be working closely with people in custody or on probation. These are careers that change lives – where you get to directly see the difference you make.

Relating to people and communication is key. Whatever your role, you’ll need to work well in a team, show your humanity and be patient and resilient.
